Teri Connelly

Teri Connelly is the Agency Owner of Jeter Schrock & Associates. With decades of
experience and a strong leadership presence, she has built the agency around high
standards, strong relationships, and long-term client care. Teri is known for her
dedication to doing things the right way, supporting her team, and ensuring clients feel
protected and valued. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, camping, and riding
side by sides with her sister and family.

Lisa Phelps

Lisa Phelps is the Vice President and Claims Manager at Jeter Schrock & Associates.
She plays a key role in agency leadership and is known for being direct, dependable,
and highly experienced in supporting clients through the claims process. Lisa brings
confidence, clarity, and strong follow through to every situation, helping clients feel
supported during stressful moments. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, riding side by
sides, and spending time with her daughter and family.

Jadyn Jeter

Jadyn Jeter is the Director of Operations at Jeter Schrock & Associates, where she
oversees daily operations, sales performance, and team development. Having grown
within the agency from sales into leadership, she brings firsthand experience and a
results driven mindset to her role. Jadyn is passionate about building strong systems,
coaching high performing teams, and creating a culture rooted in accountability and
growth. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active and spending time with friends
and family, bringing the same energy and drive to her personal life that she does to her
work.
